NIN Tickets Found!

The next tickets to go on sale were Tucson at 10, San Diego at 12, and Oakland tomorrow. San Diego would have obviously been preferable, since that is only a two hour drive. Oakland would have been the next best, because I could fly up there and then apparently the concert stadium place is right by the airport. However, since Tucson went on sale first I had to try, despite the long drive. Well, beforehand I orchestrated my clock with the official American time, down to the seconds. Then I waited. At 10 I started clicking, and nothing. I noticed at that point that it said mountain time. So I went upstairs and talked to my mom. Because Arizona doesn't do daylight savings, she said at this time of the year it should be the same time. So, at 10:04 I came down to the basement again and it went through the first page... so indeed Arizona was trying to trick me... and then, voila, found tickets. So, I have 4 tickets. If no one says anything about it pretty soon I will probably try to Ebay 2 of them to pay for costs. OMG, if everyone in Arizona is too square and I can't get rid of these things I will be sorely angry. It might have been more difficult to get tickets in San Francisco area or San Diego since those are so much more pupulous than Seattle or Portland... but maybe the band is more popular in the northwest. Hm. Well I'd better not get stuck with these monkeys, but chances are I can sell them... oh God, now it is 10:16 and there are still GA tickets available... oh well, won't think about it. Will sell them for gas money. Must. Will.

Ok if I can't get someone to go with me I will cry. Seriously cry. And that likely means you Sam. I have never been to Arizona... may be exciting. Will avoid rattlesnacks. Saw them on tv. They apparently are everywhere there.
